A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking.

Cancellation notice of 30 days or less will
result in loss of your deposit.

Deposits can be refunded, if cancellation is
received more than 30 days prior to arrival date, however there
will be a $30.00 service charge.

Days lost through late arrival or early
departure will NOT be refunded.
